Who is Damian Creamer?

Damian Creamer is the founder and CEO of StrongMind and Primavera Online School, two of Arizona’s most recognized education technology organizations. He has spent more than 25 years building learning systems that prioritize flexibility, student well-being, and real-world readiness. He is a frequent speaker on AI in education, digital learning transformation, and mission-driven leadership.

StrongMind is a next-generation K–12 learning platform that supports online schools and homeschool families with proprietary curriculum, technology, and AI-powered tools. It was originally founded to address the technology gap Damian identified while building Primavera Online School and has since evolved into a comprehensive learning ecosystem serving schools across the country.

Primavera Online School is Arizona’s largest high school, serving more than 26,000 students annually. Founded in 2001 with just 35 students, it was built on the belief that every child deserves a high-quality, flexible education tailored to their needs — not a one-size-fits-all system.

Damian is available to speak on:

  • Artificial intelligence in K–12 education
  • Personalization at scale and the future of learning systems
  • Digital learning transformation and edtech strategy
  • Building mission-driven organizations and strong cultures
  • Executive focus, productivity, and leadership discipline
  • The intersection of learning science and instructional design

StrongMind Intelligence is the foundational AI layer that Damian and his team are building beneath the StrongMind platform. It is not a chatbot or a GPT wrapper — it is an infrastructure layer that continuously models each learner, tracks mastery over time, and routes the right support to students, teachers, and families in real time. It is the engine behind StrongMind’s Generative Learning System.

Damian holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, a BA from Brigham Young University, and has completed Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Owner/President Management (OPM) program. He is also a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Yes. Damian has received multiple Certificates of Congressional Recognition for outstanding leadership in online education. He was also named iNACOL’s Outstanding Individual Contribution to K-12 Online Learning in 2012, one of the field’s most respected recognitions at the time.

Damian is a lifelong learner who values health, wellness, and reflection. Outside of work, he prioritizes family, physical fitness, hiking, travel, reading, cooking, and what he calls “biohacking” – the ongoing pursuit of optimizing mental clarity and energy. He is an avid podcast listener who favors long-form content over short-form.
